At Bernstein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
